Terms Of Service Agreement

This is a legally binding contract, the statements described below must be followed by the user in order to use Computer Bug and its premade templates. This disclaimer gives clear defining of what our current policies are, if you find that you do not agree with any of them then it is recommended you not use Computer Bug and its services.

Return Policy

Our templates are offered "as is", therefore they are without a warranty or return policy of any kind, and are non returnable. Furthermore, these templates are not dynamic, they will not come with any kind of special coding or control panels. Computer Bug does not currently offer webhosting service, or any kind of webtemplate editing tools, what you see is what you get.

Intellectual Property

Once a user has purchased a premade website template off of our website, the user is granted full permission to store the template on any kind of recordable material, such as CD, floppy disk, flash drive, and etc. The user is granted permission to resell and do anything they want to templates they have purchased from Computer Bug. If you have purchased it, then you have full ownership over it.

Free Services

Occasionally, Computer Bug will offer free premade templates on the featured sections or elsewhere on the website as promotional services to our customers. The free templates that are offered may not be put on any kind of recordable material and they must not be resold or redistributed by any means.

Liability

Computer Bug is not liable for any damage caused by purchasing and downloading any templates off of this website, all templates are scanned several times using anti virus software in case it might be infected, though it is very likely that one of our files would carry a virus, we are not reliable for any other damages it may incur.

If you do not agree with any of the terms stated, then it is suggested that you not use Computer Bug and its services. The policies of Computer Bug may change at any given time without any prior notice or consent.
